The app is a tool, you pick the source

All Video Downloader & Player is general-purpose software. It provides a browser with proxy support, a multi-threaded download engine, a player and a media manager. It does not choose a website for you and it does not decide what gets saved.

Every download starts with something the user does: opening an address in the built-in browser, tapping a shortcut, or pasting a link and choosing a quality. The decision sits with the person making it, and so does the responsibility for it.

TAYAL TRADERS does not host, upload, mirror or index any video. No file passes through a server we operate. What reaches your device comes from the third-party address you went to.

YouTube is out of scope

If a description, a screenshot or a third-party listing anywhere suggests otherwise, it is wrong. The Play listing and these pages are the only statements about the app that come from TAYAL TRADERS.

Copyright stays with its owner

Copyright in a video belongs to whoever created it or holds the rights to it. Saving a copy moves none of those rights to you, and it does not create permission that did not already exist.

Use the app for material you made yourself, material a rights holder has offered for download, or material you have express permission to keep. Re-uploading, redistributing, selling or publicly showing someone else’s work without that permission may be unlawful where you live.

Where a download or any later use infringes copyright or another right, that is the responsibility of the user who carried it out. TAYAL TRADERS is not a party to it, cannot authorise it, and does not accept liability for it.

Availability is never guaranteed

What a website or a platform makes available is entirely under that operator’s control and can change at any moment, without notice to us and without any way for us to intervene.

• A source that worked yesterday may be restricted, moved or withdrawn today.
• Quality choices such as 720p or 1080p exist only when the source publishes them.
• An upload can be deleted or made private by the account that posted it.
• Download speed depends on your connection, your device and the server at the other end.

Nothing on this website is a promise that a particular site, file, format or resolution will keep working. The app is not offered as a way around a platform’s technical restrictions or terms.
