Acceptance and scope

This page sets out the agreement between you and TAYAL TRADERS, the publisher of the Android application All Video Downloader & Player (package com.tayal.videodownloader.vidmate.alldownloader) and of this website at tayaltraders.shop.

You accept these terms when you install the app, when you open it, and each time you use this website. If any part of them does not suit you, the answer is simple: do not install the app, remove it if you already have, and stop using the site.

Two other documents sit alongside this one and should be read with it: the privacy policy, which explains what is and is not collected, and the disclaimer. Where a topic is covered in more detail there, that detail applies.

The app carries a Google Play content rating of Everyone. If a young person in your household uses it, the adult responsible for that device should read these terms as well, because the obligations below fall on whoever uses the app.

Your licence to use the app

TAYAL TRADERS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and run All Video Downloader & Player on Android devices that you own or otherwise control, for your own private use. The same licence covers reading and printing pages of this website for your own reference.

This is permission to use the software, not a sale of it. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the app, its code, or any part of it to you, and the licence lasts only for as long as you keep to this agreement.

The licence does not extend to any of the following:

• copying, selling, renting, lending, sub-licensing or otherwise redistributing the app, in whole or in part;
• hosting the installation file anywhere, or passing it to another person outside Google Play;
• reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits this despite a contractual restriction;
• modifying, adapting, translating or building a derivative work from the app;
• republishing the app's name, icon, screenshots, written descriptions, layout, artwork or code on another store listing, website or product;
• removing, hiding or altering any ownership, copyright or attribution notice;
• using the app, or anything learned from taking it apart, to build or improve a competing product.

Acceptable use

All Video Downloader & Player is a tool. It fetches a file when you point it at one. What you choose to point it at, and what you then do with the file, is your decision and your responsibility.

Save only what you are entitled to save. That means your own recordings and uploads, material a rights holder has offered for download, material released under a licence that allows it, or material you have been given permission to keep. If none of those describe the file in front of you, do not download it.

You must respect copyright, trademark, privacy and personality rights, and you must read and follow the terms of the website or service the content comes from. Where those terms forbid downloading, the app must not be used on that source, whatever the app is technically able to fetch.

You must not use the app or this website:

• for any purpose that is unlawful where you are, or to obtain, keep or pass on unlawful material;
• to copy, re-upload, sell or monetise someone else's work without their permission;
• to get around a paywall, an access control, a geographic restriction or a digital rights management measure — the app is not offered for that, and using it in such an attempt breaches this agreement;
• to harass, impersonate or invade the privacy of another person, including by saving and circulating material about them that they have not made public;
• to place an unreasonable load on a third-party website, for example by automated or bulk retrieval;
• to disguise unlawful activity behind the built-in browser or its proxy support;
• to interfere with, probe or disrupt the app, this website, or the systems of anyone else.

If content you have saved leads to a complaint, a takedown request or a legal claim, that is a matter between you and the rights holder. TAYAL TRADERS cannot grant permission over material it does not own, and does not do so.

YouTube is not supported

Downloading from YouTube is not supported by All Video Downloader & Player and is prohibited under these terms. The app does not offer it as a feature, and any attempt to use the app for it — directly, through the built-in browser, or by pasting a link — is a breach of this agreement.

This is not a limitation we are apologising for. Google Play's developer policies and YouTube's own terms of service both prohibit the unauthorised downloading of YouTube content, and the app is built to stay on the right side of that.

Please do not write to support asking for a workaround, a hidden setting or a future release that adds it. There is none, and none is planned.

No affiliation with any platform

TAYAL TRADERS is an independent publisher. All Video Downloader & Player is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, certified by or authorised by any social media site, video platform, messaging service or network.

The one-tap shortcuts inside the app are a convenience. They open the platform's own website in the built-in browser, exactly as typing the address would. A shortcut is not a partnership, an integration or a licence from that platform.

Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC, and TAYAL TRADERS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Every other name, logo and trademark mentioned on this site belongs to its own owner and is used only to describe the service in question.

Third-party content and links

The app's browser reaches websites run by other people, and this website links out to Google Play and to a small number of other addresses. None of these are under our control. We do not review them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their terms or the way they handle information.

What a source website makes available can change at any moment. A format may be withdrawn, a page restructured, a restriction added. Availability is therefore not guaranteed, and a feature that depends on another site may stop working through no act of ours.

Once you follow a link or load a page in the built-in browser, you are on someone else's service and that party's terms and policies govern what happens there.

Advertising in the app

All Video Downloader & Player is free to install and contains ads. Advertising is what pays for a free app, and by using the app you accept that adverts will be shown to you within it.

Adverts are supplied by third parties. We do not write them, we do not vouch for the products or services they promote, and any dealing you have with an advertiser — a purchase, a sign-up, an enquiry — is strictly between you and that advertiser. Follow an advert and you leave our app for a service with its own terms.

Advertising services may be provided by Aquarius Infotech where authorised. The roles in that arrangement, and who pays whom, are set out on the advertising relationship page. What the app declares about data is explained in the privacy policy.

Availability, updates and Google Play

All Video Downloader & Player is distributed only through Google Play. Your download, installation and updating of the app therefore also fall under Google Play's own terms of service and Google's policies, which govern your relationship with the store itself. We do not publish the app anywhere else, and we cannot vouch for a copy obtained from any other source.

We aim to keep the app and this website working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free service. Either may be unavailable during maintenance, because of a defect, because of your network, or for reasons outside our control. Behaviour can also differ between devices and between versions of Android.

We may add, alter, suspend or withdraw any feature, and we may stop publishing the app or this website altogether, at any time and without being obliged to give notice. Where a change is needed to comply with a platform policy or with the law, it may take effect immediately.

Keeping your copy up to date through Google Play is your responsibility. An old version may stop working correctly as the sites it interacts with change.

Intellectual property

The app, this website, and the text, design, layout, graphics and code within them are owned by TAYAL TRADERS or licensed to it, and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you no right in any of it beyond the licence described above.

Files you download with the app are not ours. Videos, images and other material obtained through the app remain the property of the people who made or own them. Saving a file with the app creates no right in it for you and claims no right in it for us.

If you believe something published on this website infringes a right of yours, write to contact@tayaltraders.shop with enough detail to identify the material and the right concerned, and we will look into it.

No warranty

In plain language: the app and this website are supplied as they are, and as they happen to be available. We do not promise that they will be free of faults, that they will run without interruption, or that they will suit any particular purpose you have in mind.

In particular, we do not promise that a given download will succeed, that a given quality or file size will be offered, or that a given website will keep working with the app. Those things depend on the source, on the format, on your device and on your connection.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude the implied warranties and conditions that would otherwise apply, including those of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limits on our liability

In plain language: if something goes wrong, we accept the responsibility the law places on us, and no more than that.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAYAL TRADERS is not liable to you for:

• files that fail to download, download incompletely, or are lost, corrupted or deleted;
• storage that fills up, mobile data that is consumed, or charges levied by your network;
• any problem with your device, its operating system or other software on it;
• indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, goodwill, time or opportunity;
• anything that follows from content you were not entitled to save, or from your breach of a source website's terms.

Please keep your own backups of files that matter to you. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the fullest extent applicable law allows.

Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and liability for fraud. Nothing on this page affects the rights the law gives you as a consumer; where a mandatory consumer right conflicts with something written here, that right applies.

Your indemnity

If your use of the app or this website breaks these terms or the law, and a third party brings a claim against TAYAL TRADERS because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs, damages and legal fees that result, so far as applicable law allows.

This matters most for claims about content: a rights holder who objects to material you saved, re-uploaded or shared without permission. We will tell you promptly about any such claim, and we may take conduct of the defence ourselves, in which case we ask you to cooperate with us in good faith.

Ending this agreement

Your licence runs for as long as you keep to these terms, and ends automatically if you breach them. There are no accounts to close, because the app does not create one.

You may end the agreement at any time by uninstalling the app and no longer using this website. Files you have already saved stay on your device until you delete them, and the responsibility for them stays with you.

We may withdraw the app from Google Play, stop supporting it, or stop publishing this website. If we do, the licence ends and you should remove the app.

The sections on intellectual property, no warranty, limits on our liability, your indemnity, and governing law continue to apply after the agreement ends.

Governing law and jurisdiction

TAYAL TRADERS operates from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of the app or this website, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.

The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you agree to submit to them.

If you use the app as a consumer in a country whose law gives you the protection of your local rules, or the right to bring proceedings before your local courts, this section does not take that away from you.

Before anything reaches a court, please write to us. Most questions are settled in an email or two, and that is the outcome we would prefer.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised, for example when a feature changes, when a platform policy changes, or when the law requires it. The current version always sits on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the foot.

A revision that materially changes what you may do with the app will normally arrive alongside an app update on Google Play. Continuing to use the app or this website after a revision is published means you accept the revised terms; if you do not accept them, uninstall the app and stop using the site.

This document will remain reachable at https://tayaltraders.shop/terms-and-conditions/, so a bookmark or a store listing link will not go stale.
