Return and refund policy
TAYAL TRADERS takes no money from anyone who installs All Video Downloader & Player. This page says what that means in practice, and what to do if a charge naming the app ever turns up anyway.
Nothing is sold, so nothing is refunded
The app is free, and the ads pay for it
All Video Downloader & Player is free to install from Google Play and is funded by advertising. TAYAL TRADERS does not sell the app, does not run subscriptions and does not offer in-app items. No payment from a user ever reaches us, so there is no publisher refund to issue.
This policy applies to All Video Downloader & Player and to tayaltraders.shop. Neither has a shop, a checkout or a payment form, and this website asks nobody for card details.
Advertising is the whole business model. The download stays free, and the ads shown inside the app cover the cost of building and maintaining it. That arrangement is set out on our advertising relationship page.
If a charge mentioning this app appears
The app is distributed only through Google Play, so any payment carrying a name close to it would be a Google Play transaction. Google Play is the merchant of record for those payments: Google takes the money, holds the receipt, and is the only party able to return it.
The route is Google Play's own order history. Open your Google Play order history on the web or in the Play Store app, find the entry by its date and amount, then use the Report a problem option beside it to ask for a refund. Google reviews the request, applies its own time limits and decides the outcome.
Two things are worth checking while you are there. The order history names the exact product that was charged, which often turns out to be a different app with a similar title. It also lists active subscriptions, including any started by someone else sharing the Google account.
We will still help you identify a charge
If the order history leaves you unsure, write to contact@tayaltraders.shop with the date, the amount and currency, and the Google Play order number. Say which device the app was installed on if you know.
We will tell you plainly whether the product named on that charge belongs to TAYAL TRADERS, which usually settles the question quickly. What we cannot do is see your Google account, cancel a Play subscription or move money, so the refund request itself still has to go through Google.
Removing the app
There is nothing physical to send back and no return address. All Video Downloader & Player is software, and the equivalent of a return is an uninstall.
Removing the app from your Android device removes the app and the data it kept in its own storage, such as its settings. Videos you chose to save stay in your device storage, so delete those yourself if you no longer want them.
If this ever changes
Should TAYAL TRADERS introduce a paid feature, a subscription or an in-app item, this page will be rewritten first, with the price, the terms and the refund route set out before that feature reaches the Play listing. Until you read those terms here, take it that nothing is for sale.
